For other tennis sessions see the Junior Coaching and Playing pages.

HIGH IMPACT PHYSICAL TENNIS SESSIONS

Every Monday night we run a session from 7.30 – 9.30pm at Kings LTC for people who have played before and are looking for some technical/tactical advise as well as a ‘burn’ at the same time. No need to book for these sessions, just turn up at the club at 7.30pm

MORNING TENNIS SESSIONS

These sessions are run twice a week on a Monday morning 9.30 – 11.30 am and Thursday 9.30 – 11.30am. Again, during these sessions, we work on many technical/tactical parts of the game. They are great fun and you are invited to have coffee after in the clubhouse.

BEGINNERS TENNIS AND “RUSTY RACKETS”

Every Thursday evening from 7.30 – .900pm and Tuesday morning 9.15am – 10.15am we run beginners sessions at the tennis club. These are specifically aimed at people who have not played before or the “Rusty Rackets” programme for those have not played for some time and want to get back into tennis. We look at the basic elements of the game where you gain in confidence and soon progress through one of the other coaching sessions run throughout the week. Do not be nervous about coming for the first time, you will be made to feel very welcome. Why not stay and have a drink afterwards as well.
